This visa allows you to study in New Zealand for more than 3 months provided you have a loan or a scholarship from a foreign government.
You can apply for this visa only if the country supporting your study has an education agreement with New Zealand.

You can study for the particular course full time in schools, tertiary institutes or for English language study.
While studying, you can work part-time for up to 20 hours a week or full-time during the Christmas & New Year holidays. This will depend on your visa conditions.

You can study in New Zealand for up to 4 years
